“世界的儿童——儿童的世界”主题摄影比赛

OMEP Croatia invites you to participate in the photography contest on the subject of „Child in the World – the World in the Child“. 克罗地亚世界学前教育组织诚邀您参加“世界的儿童——儿童的世界”主题摄影比赛。

The purpose of this contest is to emphasize the importance of building social relationship among all of the generations (among children themselves and among children and the adults). You can participate in the contest with two photographs at the most that should depict some sort of social relationship of children and the world surrounding them. 本次比赛旨在强调建立儿童间和儿童与成人间良好社会关系的重要性。您最多能提交两张照片，照片应能够说明儿童与周围世界的关系。

Reviewing committee will decide on the winning photography among the all of the applied works. The criteria for this contest will encompass the imaginativeness and creativity of photographic work and the sincerity in the author's experience. 评审委员会将从所有作品中选出获胜照片。本次比赛的评比标准包括照片中所展现的想象力和创造性，以及真实性。

The winning reward is participation at the OMEP world conference „Early Childhood Relationships: The Foundation for a Sustainable Future” that will be held from 19 to 24 June 2017 at Opatija.

All of the applied photographs will be published on the OMEP website.

获奖者可以参加2017年6月19日-24日在奥帕提亚举行的世界学前教育组织年会，本次年会的主题为：“学前教育中的关系发展：可持续未来的基础”。

PARTICIPATION RULES:

参赛规则：

1. The participation is open for all of the authors (children, teachers, parents, students).

  本次比赛面向所有人群，包括儿童，教师，家长和学生。

2. The photography contest is opened from 1 September 2016 to 6 February 2017.

  本次比赛时间为2016年9月1日-2017年2月6日。

3. The authors will be notified about the results after the ending of the contest.

  比赛结束后所有参赛作者都将收到参赛结果。

4. Photographs are to be sent electronically from 1 September 2016 on the following e-mail address: tajnik.omephr@gmail.com.

  从2016年9月1日起，所有参赛者可将照片发送至如下邮箱：tajnik.omephr@gmail.com

5. Authors can participate with the total of 2 (two) separate photographs

  所有参赛者可以发送两张照片。

6. When naming a photography you must use the following title format: NAME OF THE PHOTOGRAPHY-AUTHOR'S SURNAME.JPG

  参赛作品文件名命名规则如下：照片标题—作者姓氏.jpg

7. For all of the applied photographs the author must enclose: filled-out application form, if there are children's faces on the photography author must enclose the written approval of parents/guardian/children for publishing and using the photography for the purpose of this photography contest.

  所有的参赛作品提交材料必须包含如下内容：参赛申请表；如果照片中有儿童，所提交内容必须包含家长/看护者/儿童同意书，同意书内容包含：1）同意照片出版；2）同意将照片用作本次摄影比赛。

8. All of the photographs must be in digital form, minimal of 500 dpi, in the JPG format. Photomontages, digitally manipulated photographs that distort the concrete facts, along with the photographs taken in the studio or other location that is not children's natural environment, cannot be applied for this contest.

  所有照片必须以电子形式呈现，最低像素500dpi，为jpg格式。合成照片、经电子化处理、以及在摄影棚或者并非儿童所处的自然环境中拍摄的照片，一律不得参加本次比赛。

9. Photographs cannot contain any textual messages or firms' logos.

  照片不得包含任何文本信息或者公司标志。 

10. OMEP holds the right of publishing all of the photographs chosen for the display at their website, on social media and in specialized publications. All of the photographs, regardless of their publishing place, will be signed.

  OMEP有权选择相应照片在其官网、社会媒体以及特定出版物中呈现。无论照片在何处出版或者呈 现，都将进行标注。

11. Each author has to have exclusive author's right on applied photographs. OMEP does not take responsibility for any type of author's rights violation from the side of the „author“ and holds the right of rejecting any of the applied work whose source is disputable.

   每位作者拥有所提交照片的摄影著作权。OMEP不负责处理违反摄影著作权的问题，并有权拒绝任何来源存在争议的作品。

12. Committee holds and uses the right of not publishing photographs of objectionable or offensive content, as well as photographs that are not in the accordance with the contest theme.  

   委员会有权禁止出版带有异议或者攻击性内容的照片，以及与比赛主题无关的照片。
